Melted Cassettes came in and played a short (yet rockin') set. "Stomach Problems" and just 1 "song" in the second hour. Here's our verdict: The "Retard-O-Tron 2" video was too Erratic! (i.e. Porn and bad B-movies clips spliced together in somewhat of an acid flashback, for me at least). The 8 or so people congregated in my kitchen/hallway were into it...the band not so much (we think)...There's a part in the flick where a girl pretty much throws up out of her sphincter. Which brings me to this: Poop jokes are fucking hilarious to most, but not all.... In fact, a couple years ago I was in L.A. (hiding from the law for a moment) and went to a business meeting with a cousin in the "Industry". Him and his colleagues (man years older than me) were outside conducting "business" when a bird flew over and conducted his own business inches away from one co-workers head. We all took cover, laughed and confirmed: For some poop jokes NEVER get old....

Thanks for having us on! Apologies for seeming rather out of it. Severe stomach illness has been a primary factor the past few days, even thru the height of our recording for the new album. it was a miracle we got thru the songs we did, though art and suffering go hand in hand. Erratic rules!
